Three lessons I learned from my chat with the singer-songwriter.
I launched this publication newsletter thingy with one goal: to learn from individuals in various fields about their artistic process, their inspirations, and how they break through creative blocks. My first interview, with singer-songwriter Zoe Boekbinder, was a long one in the making. I’d reached out to Zoe (they/them) a few years ago about interviewing them for a podcast they were working on, and although they said they were open to doing an interview, they weren’t quite ready to chat yet.
